Refund and Returns Policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is extended if it would otherwise expire on a weekend or public holiday.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account at https://account.reelflixstore.com, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request.
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the item(s) within 14 days. We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for your original order. We will also refund the standard delivery cost of your original order (we do not refund premium delivery upgrades).
Please note: As our products are printed on demand specifically for each order, personalised or custom-made items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. This exemption applies to items made to your specification or clearly personalised.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
All Other Customers
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are faulty or not as described. As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on non-EU orders.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with a photo and your order number and we will make it right.
